Jamie’s introduction to yoga came in the form of meditation and self-study as a 19 year old. Since then he’s developed a deep love of yoga in its vast and timelessly relevant philosophy and continues to explore his daily meditation practices.
As a physiotherapist, Jamie was blown away by the integration of biomechanically-sound sequencing and inspirational philosophies that are a part of Human.Kind classes. He was hooked!
Jamie integrates understanding of the body and pain science into his classes. He aims to inspire people to reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds and gain a deeper understanding into themselves.
