Join Annabel Saies for a 2hr deep dive into the art of reopening your body.


We’ll mindfully support ourselves into the direction of poses like Bow, Camel, Wheel pose, Forearm Wheel and more if you’re feeling bendy.

About Annabel 

Studying and practicing various movement modalities has always been a part of Annabel’s life. From yoga, dance, team sports and outdoor fitness, movement has allowed Annabel toward deeper self inquiry and transforming her expression of self and how she lives and connects with others. 

Having completed over 500 hours of Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher trainings, a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Dance and her Cert III in Group Fitness, Annabel’s style intertwines influences from all, using the body as the tool toward involution.
