India was initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits. She soon realised it was a lot more than just a physical practice. Not long after her first class she began studying and hasn’t stopped ever since. India has completed over 600 hours of study in vinyasa, yin, hatha and ashtanga. Her studies expanded into meditation, mindfulness and yoga nidra.
India is extremely passionate about the human body and yogic philosophy, this shines through in her classes. Having studied and taught here in Australia, India and Vietnam, she is incredibly diverse in her teachings and always ensures everyone is safe and welcomed into her classes.
During her time in Vietnam India facilitated teacher trainings, workshops and events and adored offering others an in-depth insight into all aspects of yoga. India’s hope is to make these potent teachings and practices as accessible as possible.
When not on the yoga mat you’ll find her patting the nearest dog or spending time surrounded by nature.
We’re fascinated by the words – but where we meet is in the silence behind them.
