Immerse in 2 full days of the rejuvenative rest practices of Yoga Nidra. Join Adam Whiting to experience the deep wisdom that arises when you make space for stillness and silence.

This training is for everybody. Explore both the tradition and the evolution of Yoga Nidra and what new research is discovering about non-sleep deep rest techniques.

 

Immerse in:

  • Multiple opportunities to experience different styles and scripts of Yoga Nidra

  • Preparatory movement and gentle asana to create new depths to our stillness and rest.

  • Lectures and discussion on technique, history, research and teaching techniques for the Yoga Nidra practice.

  • Opportunities for personal reflection, journaling and creativity post-practice to weave the threads of the practice into all aspects of our lives.

 

Yoga teachers:

Gain 20hrs towards your 500hr YTT with Human.Kind. An additional 4hrs of practice is required for certification.

About Adam 

One of the first things that people recognise of Adam Whiting (eRYT-500, YACEP, 1 Giant Mind Certified Meditation Teacher) is his laugh. Students say that they can hear it rolling down the street as they approach the studio to practice one of his classes. His smile is generous and immediate and his passion for yoga is contagious.

 

Adam leads classes, workshops and trainings that are full of anatomical precision, intelligent sequencing, and potent philosophy. He has practiced and trained in various styles of yoga, including Tantra, Ashtanga, Anusara and Vinyasa. His musical training is integrated throughout his teachings in spirited kirtans and soft serenades in savasana.
