After first coming to the mat over 20 years ago, it wasn’t until Human.Kind opened its doors in 2016 that yoga became an integral part of my life. A natural progression was to undertake my 200 hour teacher training in 2018, and the incredible Human.Kind team and community continue to be an enormous source of inspiration, education and friendship for me.

I am passionate about movement as a pathway to presence. With an emphasis on mindfulness through anatomical awareness and breath, my classes will support a deep curiosity of the connection between body and mind.

Currently studying a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am fascinated by the interplay between our physical, mental and emotional landscapes, and the nourishing quality that yoga practice can have on our nervous systems both on and off the mat.

Outside the studio, I enjoy trail running & walking, theatre/live music/films, exploring the world, and spending time with my young family.
