Solstice 2026

Light up your practice.

Move More.

Your body was made to move. Solstice invites you to move more.

Starting on 21 June, the winter solstice, you’re invited to do 20 classes in 30 days. Winter solstice is the longest night of the year. And it’s the best time to move your body more.

Moving your body creates a sense of physical and mental stability by boosting your mood, regulating your nervous system, building strength and resilience and when we move together, we increase our capacity for pro-social connections.

To get more from moving you’re invited to land back in your body. To remember the benefits of consistent movement. To explore diverse ways of moving. And to take care of yourself so you can take care of what matters most.

  3. Practice most days. Try for 20 classes in 30 days.

108 Sun Salutations is a meditative experience of moving and breathing together in repetition. It’s a beautiful way to begin your Solstice.

Why it works

Regular exercise not only keeps you healthy, it also makes you happier. Research shows regular movement boosts feel good hormones, helps with stress management, and resets your nervous system. It can even support the treatment of depression and anxiety. Yoga practices are especially helpful as they incorporate mindfulness, breath regulation, and rest.

Mix up your movement with 76 diverse classes on offer each week. Too busy? We get it. Livestream classes are included in Solstice so you can fit classes in from home too.

It’s not about how glamorous your backbend looks or how many push ups you can do. It’s about feeling resilient on the inside. Learning to stay cool-headed in a crisis. Building your capacity to help lift others up. Because you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Take care of yourself so that you can show up fully for what matters in your life. Move with purpose.
