Tanja first discovered yoga over 15 years ago and has been practising ever since. After completing her 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training, she furthered her studies in anatomy, sequencing, philosophy, myofascial release and yin. She is inspired by the teachings of Annie Carpenter, Jason Crandell, Tiffany Cruikshank, Mel McLaughlin and Tahl Rinsky.
Tanja has a keen interest in anatomy and mindfulness and is grateful to be able to share her knowledge and love for yoga with others.
