The Big Slow

Sink in to Winter. A time of year where the natural world slows down and we’re invited to slow down along with it. A time to nurture and nourish from within.

We’re thrilled to welcome back ‘The Big Slow’. A 90 minute special community event to help you embrace the inward nature of this season.

Facilitated by Bianca Zara and Tanja Dawson, you will be guided through a watery slow flow to alleviate any stagnation, followed by yin and meditation to sink deeply into rest.

Harness the ‘yin’ energy of Winter and retreat within, move slower and go gentler.

You’re invited to stay afterwards for tea, treats and connection with the community.

About Bianca

I’ve been hanging out with my mat now for over 11 years. Over those years I got to not only connect with who I truly am but I connected deeply with the world we share. The greatest thing I have found from my practice is love, and that’s what I share and hold for everyone in my classes and hope you feel it too.


I started my trainings in the beginning of 2014; I trained in Bikram, yin & advanced yin, advanced vinyasa, philosophy and meditation, plus many more to come as the best teachers are always the forever students.

About Tanja

Tanja first discovered yoga over 15 years ago and has been practising ever since. After completing her 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training, she furthered her studies in anatomy, sequencing, philosophy, myofascial release and yin. She is inspired by the teachings of Annie Carpenter, Jason Crandell, Tiffany Cruikshank, Mel McLaughlin and Tahl Rinsky.


Tanja has a keen interest in anatomy and mindfulness and is grateful to be able to share her knowledge and love for yoga with others.
