Vanessa joined the Human Kind community over 6 years ago, and has been practising yoga ever since her first vinyasa class here.
After a dear friend turned her towards a yin practice, she fell in love with it, and soon decided this was something very important to her.
In 2018 Ness completed her 200HR Vinyasa and Yin YTT in Thailand and has been teaching both offerings ever since. Vanessa has also been teaching reformer pilates since 2020, and having recently added mat pilates to her repertoire when she obtained her Pilates certificate.
Ness believes that pilates is available and excellent for everyone, no matter their age, injury, or level of experience.
Currently undergoing a Bachelor of Exercise Science, Ness has a strong passion for all kinds of movement. In fact, it’s hard for her to stop. When she isn’t teaching or practising herself, you can probably find her dancing.
