I’m someone who truly thrives on connection and loves creating spaces where people feel comfortable, seen, and supported — both on and off the mat. I’ve always been deeply interested in psychology and wellbeing, and while I studied a Bachelor of Psychology, I felt most drawn to helping others through mindfulness and movement. I’m fascinated by the dopamine boost that comes from simple joys in life like moving your body, being present, a warm delicious meal (food is definitely my love language) and genuine human connection.

I completed my Reformer and Mat Pilates qualifications in 2020, and over the past two years have honed in on mat Pilates as a simple but highly effective way to build strength and resilience. Heavily inspired by my own practice at Humankind in 2022, I went on to complete my Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica. Since then, I’ve loved holding space and building meaningful connections around the world — most recently teaching at retreats in Spain. My classes blend intention, strength, and softness, with the aim of creating a space where everyone can build strength, awareness, and a sense of ease — so you leave feeling connected, capable, and supported.
