Annabel Saies is a Certified Yoga Therapist, Accredited Yoga Teacher & Trainer, Mat Pilates and Group Fitness Instructor with a lifelong passion for movement, curiosity, and self-discovery. With roots in contemporary dance and decades of study in yoga, Annabel weaves together embodied wisdom with evidence-based tools to support people on their journey of reconnection to themselves, their bodies, and their lives.
At HumanKind, you’ll find her guiding group classes in Mat Pilates, LIFT, Foundations, and Strong Flow. Her classes offer an intentional blend of strength, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, designed to bring people back into the present moment, deepen their self-awareness, and unlock the untapped resources already living beneath their skin.
Annabel is committed to helping people build confidence and agency in their physical, mental, and emotional selves. She believes movement is medicine, that the body holds deep wisdom, and that each practice is an opportunity to experiment, explore, and evolve.
Her teaching is infused with warmth, joy, and a sense of play, inviting students to move with grace, curiosity, and lightness. Whether someone is brand new or deeply experienced, Annabel creates a space where everyone feels supported to meet themselves as they are, and grow from there.
