With a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and over 8 years coaching expertise, Tyler’s practice has evolved to enable exploration and building of inner and physical capacities.

 

His personal journey has spanned a history of crossfit, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, elite sports, and gymnastics. Today, he also explores diverse movements like dance, acro flow, and rock climbing. He loves working in community settings and education, helping people discover joyful movement and making that accessible to all.

Tyler is also involved in innovative research and education in regenerative development. Collaborating with communities to co-create with Nature for our ecosystem’s highest potential. As the custodian of Regen Places Network, he helps grassroots communities create conditions for regeneration around Australia. Tyler believes regeneration is about creating more aliveness in ourselves, our communities, and our world.
