About Amanda

Hey there, I’m Amanda! I’ve been a physiotherapist since 2016 and yoga facilitator since 2018, with extensive experience treating diverse clients—from elite athletes and performing artists to endurance office workers.

I’m passionate about complex cases, chronic pain, and holistic body care—like how foot dysfunction can affect your lower back. I’ve pursued additional training in thoracic spine and rib treatment, perinatal care, and pelvic floor management for all genders, addressing issues from urinary incontinence to prostatectomy rehab. I especially enjoy supporting birthing parents through their pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
However, I love treating anything and everything.

I love studying and get excited about constantly extending my clinical skills and keeping up to date with new evidence. I’m a lifelong learner and proud nerd – it’s served me well in life and will benefit you too!

Know that I’ll care deeply about what’s important to you. Although I pride myself on skills of diagnosis and injury management, I’m a strong believer that you’re the true expert in your body. Therefore when we work together, that’s when we can help you to your full potential.

One thing’s for sure – you’ll feel listened to and looked after.

Outside of physiotherapy you’ll likely find me upside down handstanding, ocean swimming, patting all the dogs I meet or chasing around my tiny humans Ethan and Zack.

Always happy to support and looking forward to meeting you.
