Having been born and raised in China, my journey into health and wellness began when I was diagnosed with an immune system disorder. I was studying at Uni, working as a graphic designer, and on top of it all struggling with chronic lower back pain. I discovered that weight training and massage helped to alleviate my discomfort, and that experience completely changed the way I saw my body and health.

 

In 2021 I completed my yoga teaching certification with Human.Kind and found the anatomy training so enjoyable that it confirmed my passion to make the healing arts my profession. This prompted me to undertake a Diploma of Remedial Massage, as well as complimentary training in Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Hot Stone Massage, Dry Needling, and Cupping Therapy.

 

Now I’m living my best life in Australia with my partner Su! I am very happy to share this joy by helping others release tension and reconnect with their bodies. My massage style is calming and intuitive, starting with a gentle warm-up to relax the nervous system before applying targeted pressure on trigger points to release deep-seated tension. I am happy to be guided by my clients in relation to pressure, sensory input, and overall experience. 

 

Outside of work, I love drawing, bouldering, and spending time with Su and our cat, Koko.
