Physiotherapist
I am a physiotherapist with a deep passion for understanding the complexities of the human body. My journey began over 15 years ago when I started practicing yoga, which sparked my curiosity about how our bodies function. This led me to pursue a Forensic Science degree in my earlier years, where I gained insights into the body and the universe from a scientific perspective.
I continued my education by earning a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia, graduating in 2022. In addition to my physiotherapy practice, I continue to work as a forensic mortuary technician, studying the human body and its complexities. Human.Kind’s ethos aligns with my own; with an intention to empower individuals to reclaim autonomy over their health by integrating movement, play, curiosity into rehabilitation (…and maybe handstands if that’s where you’re at!). I believe that everyone is capable of achieving their goals and feeling their best selves, and I am committed to guiding people on their journey to recovery. I have completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Human.Kind – deeping my love for the yoga practice (and handstands). And for fun, I’ve also worked as a baker in a popular vegan bakery, balancing my love for movement with curiosity and creativity in the kitchen.
