There is a kind of peace that comes from walking into the wilderness. Step by step, the mind starts to quiet, the lungs open, and you find yourself at home in nature. Come explore our rugged local landscape and walk back into the wild.
For four days and three nights, we follow 58km of the Wild South Coast Way, a coastline shaped by wind, ocean, and ancient stories. We travel together in simplicity: tents, windy cliffs, shared meals, and the rhythm of long days outside. Return transport from the City Studio is included, so all you need to do is arrive. You’ll be guided in the lead up, and led on the trek by seasoned hikers Triton Tunis-Mitchell and Ben Gardner. With extra wisdom and education woven in from special guests and cultural storytellers.
This is a rough-and-ready experience by design, unpolished and elemental. Sleep under vast, unfiltered skies. Let the coastline take what you’re ready to lay down. Return with steadier breath, clearer eyes, and a rewilded inner world.

Meet the Facilitators
Triton and Ben bring more than four decades of combined experience across movement, storytelling, and community leadership. As senior facilitators at Human.Kind, they are committed to creating learning environments that feel grounded, intelligent, and deeply human.
Both come with rich and varied histories. Triton’s path weaves together elite acrobatics, nearly two decades of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and a long-standing dedication to community-building through projects like Gravity & Other Myths and Human.Kind Therapy. Ben’s background as a professional performer and advocate for connection shapes his inclusive, observant approach to teaching and his belief that yoga is as much about daily presence as it is the physical practice.
Together they share a curiosity for how we move, relate, and make meaning. Their teaching blends evidence-based understanding with contemporary approaches to wellbeing, always offered with clarity, care, and humility. In their classes and facilitation you can expect attentiveness, space to explore, and a commitment to fostering resilience, reflection, and genuine connection.
