Adapt your practice. Designed to create an inclusive and welcoming practice for all abilities, this chair based yoga class offers adaptive and accessible flowing movements for anyone seeking a seated practice for any reason.

About V Barratt
V (they/them) is a queer elder and a trans-disciplinary artis. They have been practising yoga for forty years and teaching for twenty years, most often in community studios with a focus on creating inclusive safer yoga spaces for marginalised bodies.
V initially came to yoga as a way to manage trauma and mental health impacts through mindful somatic work, breathwork and philosophy. They are deeply committed to passing this knowledge on, and engaging with trauma-informed and accessible practise.
