Each workout is tailored to challenge your body while ensuring safe, efficient movement. Intro Pass holders and new members get 2 Lift class credits. We emphasise that each expression of a pose – whether it is performed on a mat, in a wheelchair, or using a variety of props – is a full expression. This class is tailored for any participants experiencing limited mobility or varied access needs. Facilitated by senior teachers trained in accessible and adaptive yoga techniques.
