A beginner-friendly yoga class focused on learning poses, alignment, and how to move well.
Build your base. This is a workshop-style class where you’ll take time to understand the fundamentals of flowing yoga. Expect a slower pace, clear instruction, and detailed breakdowns of key poses and movement patterns.
Rather than moving through many shapes, you’ll focus on a small number, exploring how they work in your body, what to feel for, and how to adjust. Classes may include short, simple flows to apply what you’ve learned, along with space to pause, reflect, and ask questions.
You’ll build confidence with breathwork, alignment, and the building blocks of a flowing practice, so you can step into other classes with clarity.
