How we breathe is a reflection of how we think.
By consciously shaping our breath, we can learn how to manage our vital life force, understand the mind and positively effect our life.

 

Join Lead Facilitator, Kristin Spence, for a 3hr masterclass on Prana; the energy that sustains us and all of life.

 

The deeper our relationship to Prana, the more purposefully we can live our lives. The more skilled we are at shaping Prana, the more we can direct it skillfully and efficiently.

 

What you’ll learn:
– traditional Pranayama techniques
– how to use Asana to balance and flow energy
– tantric hatha techniques such as Bandha, Mudra & Mantra
– foundational Ayurvedic principles
– Kriya & Meditation

 

You’ll walk away with an understanding of traditional Tantric Hatha yoga methods and techniques, and how to apply them in your everyday life to maximise and illuminate your experience.

 

All students of all levels are welcome.
You will need to bring your mat, notebook and pen.
