Healthy people for a healthy planet.
We know that rubbing shoulders with the trees and moving our bodies improves personal health and wellbeing. It turns out that regularly spending time with nature also deepens our connection to, and care for, these beautiful places.
Join us for a morning of yoga in the parklands on Sat 7 October. You’ll be guided through a fluid 45 minute vinyasa practice, followed by a 15 minute meditation led by one of our Senior Facilitators.
Together we’ll find stillness in a pocket of the parklands encasing the bustling city.
Harmonise the breath with the rhythms of the body and our natural surroundings.
Experience the expansive joy of taking your yoga asana practice beneath the trees.
Connect with other nature nerds over post-yoga tea and coffee.
It’s free to join. All bodies are welcome. Seasoned practitioners or first-timers alike.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel. And a reusable water bottle and coffee cup.
