An evening of rest and renewal.

As spring unfolds around us, we’re invited to awaken our senses, embrace new beginnings, and nourish the body’s deeper layers. Join us for a restorative evening rooted in the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine, designed to support renewal, stillness, and healing.

The evening will weave together the flowing movements of Qigong, the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga, and the calming resonance of singing bowls.

With Bianca Kalogerakis and Annabelle Boehm, doctors of Chinese medicine, offering acupuncture for energetic balance, and yin yoga by Senior Facilitator Becca Gross.

About Bianca

I am a passionate advocate for holistic well-being, integrating the practice of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, reiki and certified yoga facilitation. My focus is deeply inspired in women’s health encompassing the transformative phases of life and psycho-emotional healing, —a passion profoundly shaped by my own journey into motherhood, which revealed the intricate dance of grief, healing and love.

I believe there is a vital need for practices that encourage nervous system down regulation oftentimes overwhelming lives we tend to lead. In my practice, I create a nurturing and supportive space where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and empowered. My mission is to inspire self-discovery and guide others to reconnect with their authentic selves and their inherent connection to nature.

Chinese medicine provides a compassionate and intuitive framework for self-care, helping individuals reconnect with their innate wisdom and align with the divine rhythms of their cyclical nature.

I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) and am a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner with AHPRA and a member of AACMA.
