Studying and practicing various movement modalities has always been a part of Annabel’s life. From yoga, dance, team sports and outdoor fitness, movement has allowed Annabel toward deeper self inquiry and transforming her expression of self and how she lives and connects with others. Her dedication to practice continues to strengthen as the relationships she forms with herself and others through yoga continue to enrich her life in wonderful and unexpected ways. She truly believes the practice to be transformational for those willing.


With playful and supportive guidance she hopes to pass on her passion, knowledge and understanding of movement through the yoga asanas to all her students, so that they too can experience their own expansion and evolution.


Having completed over 500 hours of Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher trainings, a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Dance and her Cert III in Group Fitness, you can expect Annabel’s classes to intertwine influences from all, using the body as the tool toward involution. Annabel extends deep gratitude to all her teachers, specifically Jolie Manza, Bess Prescott, Tahl Rinsky, Gwyn Williams, Duncan Parviainen and Amy Carmody, who have influenced her and her teaching in epic and inspiring ways.
