Free Community Run

Did you make a half-arsed commitment to run the City to Bay and have it suddenly stampede past you over the weekend before you could even download Strava?


You’re not alone.


Worry not. Our annual free community long-run, City to Sea, is back. And it’s the perfect length of time away to build or re-discover your love of running.


On Sunday 5 Nov we run, jog or walk 11km from our City Studio to Glenelg. This year there’s also a half-marathon option, if that’s your cup of electrolytes.


The finish line brings a dip in the ocean, followed by coffees, showers, then a recovery MFR class. Dream day.


Need help hitting the 11km or 21km goal?


  • Join Physio Sam for training sessions in the City on Tuesdays at 6pm. Starts 26 Sep. He’s got boundless knowledge on technique and mindset to keep you going.
  • Keep up run club every Sunday morning at 7:30am with Brendo. Spend time beneath the trees dosing up on free endorphins with good people.


Book both of these like you would regular classes in the app or here on the website. 


Did we mention all the above is free? Because we believe in you. (And in healthy humans, and cheap highs.)
