A 6 week course for students beginning their exploration of yoga. Intro to Yoga is a progressive curriculum taught over 6 weeks to help you build a foundational understanding of history and philosophy, postures and anatomy, flow techniques and breathwork, and the nervous system and energetics.
Join for all 6 weeks or drop in to individual sessions. This course is perfect for beginners who are new to yoga and for those wanting a refresher on foundational elements of practice. All welcome.

Can’t make every session? No sweat! You can also drop in for a casual class here and there. Book yourself in for each week online or via the Human.Kind app.
