The stillness and softness of yin and meditation are powerful antidotes to the constant movement of our contemporary life. This training is for teachers and passionate students to dive deep into the techniques, postures, philosophy, and methodology of yin. By learning, embodying and sharing these practices, you offer a medicine for the modern world.
We’ll study the key languages of yin yoga in depth, including myofascial stress techniques, postural analysis, meditation and the integration of mindfulness practices.
Through the perspective of both ancient and modern systems, we will see how these elements can create a potent experience to settle and sooth us physically, mentally, and energetically.
Lead Facilitators Tessa Leon, Adam Whiting, and Claire Winther will guide you through this module. This training is suitable for all students who are interested in learning more about yin yoga.
