What is a Yoga Tune-Up?

A Yoga Tune-Ups is a private session with one of our expert physiotherapist / yoga facilitators. It’s a unique opportunity to understand how your body moves best, how to use the practice to rehabilitate past injuries, and ask the questions you’ve always wanted to ask. 



Over 60 minutes we’ll unpack common families of poses from the vinyasa practice. As we start to learn your body, together we’ll see how certain preferences play out across the practice. There aren’t many studios in the world where you get access to some of the most yoga experienced physiotherapists in a personal setting. Make the most of it at Human.Kind. 



Ultimately you’ll leave with important insights and body learnings to work into your daily practice to improve your health. We can offer follow-up support for those wanting to track their progress and learning.
