Find your stride. Designed to build endurance, and a sense of community. This session starts with a gentle warm-up and then we set off at a slow pace through the parklands. You can choose your distance and either run, jog, or shuffle for 2km, 5km, or 10km. Running in a group boosts motivation, supports consistency, and fosters connection, all while improving cardiovascular health and giving a mood-boosting endorphin release. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this low-key social session is perfect to get you moving outdoors, improve fitness, and share the journey with others. Leave feeling accomplished, energised, and connected.
Who: Open to anybody who wants to start a casual 2k run, or seasoned runners who want a 10k session with a friendly crew.
