Get fit for a purpose. Designed to build strength, resilience, and robust health. This class combines weight training with expert guidance from physiotherapists and sports science professionals. Focused on functional lifting patterns, it complements your mat-based practice by enhancing bone density, metabolic health, and cardiovascular fitness while elevating your long-term energy levels. You’ll use weights, kettlebells, and barbells in programs that target mobility, power, and endurance. Expect group sessions where personal attention and precise technique are paramount. Sweat

Get high. Elevate your heart rate to a mixtape of classic tracks designed to lipsynch along to while you squat, shimmy, and shake it out. This class is a playful, high-energy take on retro aerobics, blending old-school moves with a nod to daggy dancercise for a full tilt joy infusion. A place to workout without taking yourself seriously. Expect a full-body standing warm-up followed by high-intensity cardio that puts the ridiculous inside fitness, with low-impact options offered throughout. Sprinkle in a few tracks of bodyweight strength like lunges, squats, and floor-based abs and glutes, then finish with a cool down to the best ballads of the ‘80s and ‘90s. This class is a mood elevator - think star jumps, high kicks, and high vibes. Come for the endorphin hit, stay for the spirit fingers, leave with a smile.

Pilates

This class combines non-sleep deep rest techniques like body scans, Yoga Nidra, and guided visualisations, to cultivate true rest. Recover

Transition into focused myofascial release techniques, using self-massage to focus on tissues and enhance neuromuscular connectivity. End with restorative poses to integrate the benefits, leaving you feeling refreshed and balanced.

Meditate

This class incorporates guided concentration and mindfulness based meditations to cultivate focus, strengthen self-reflection, and support emotional regulation. Expect a blend of yoga inspired practices alongside secular mindfulness techniques, blending traditional wisdom with contemplative science. Breathe

This class introduces accessible and scientifically-supported breathwork practices to shift your state - whether up-regulating for clarity and energy or down-regulating for relaxation. Expect guidance to bring awareness to your breath, incorporating practices from yoga traditions alongside simple energy management techniques. Instructions are given step-by-step to ensure approachability for all. Leave feeling centered, steady, and equipped with tools to calibrate your body and mind.

Run

Find your stride. Designed to build endurance, and a sense of community. This session starts with a gentle warm-up and then we set off at a slow pace through the parklands. You can choose your distance and either run, jog, or shuffle for 2km, 5km, or 10km. Running in a group boosts motivation, supports consistency, and fosters connection, all while improving cardiovascular health and giving a mood-boosting endorphin release. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this low-key social session is perfect to get you moving outdoors, improve fitness, and share the journey with others. Leave feeling accomplished, energised, and connected.

Who: Open to anybody who wants to start a casual 2k run, or seasoned runners who want a 10k session with a friendly crew.

Seated Flow

Adapt your practice. Designed to create an inclusive and welcoming practice for all abilities, this chair based yoga class offers adaptive and accessible flowing movements for anyone seeking a seated practice for any reason. Experience a range of seated sequences with a strong focus on stretching, breathwork, and visualisation. We emphasise that each expression of a pose – whether it is performed on a mat, in a wheelchair, or using a variety of props – is a full expression. This class is tailored for any participants experiencing limited mobility or varied access needs. Facilitated by senior teachers trained in accessible and adaptive yoga techniques. Leave feeling grounded, supported, and connected.

Who: Ambulant and non-ambulant wheelchair users or anyone wishing to use a chair for any reason. Chairs provided if needed. Elevator access available.
